The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns. 　・Return Process 　　　1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s).
