The flower-picking girl accidentally encountered German chamomile and echinacea grown in Taiwan during a trip to the east in 2016 at a small farmer's market. This sacred product of Western aromatherapy is actually grown in Taiwan, and it is also certified organic. It is really extraordinary. It’s rare!
I further learned that the small farmer who planted the plant was Huang Jiaming, a graduate student in the Department of Biotechnology who studies ants. He carefully searched for many crops that are good for health, such as German chamomile, dandelion, echinacea, angelica... and other crops. He planted them in Taichung Under the guidance of the Agricultural Reform Center, we selected varieties, tested the active ingredients, and tried to grow them organically in Hualien, Taiwan. After two years of trial planting every year, we finally achieved a small yield. We planted carefully, and worked hard to set up stalls on holidays to increase exposure, and gradually opened up Well-known, the demand for dried chamomile flowers and tea bags is increasing, and the cultivated area is also increasing year by year. When they first met, he was very happy that he could use hydrosol to retain the aroma of chamomile, because they used the most traditional method of drying in the hot sun. Like sterilized chamomile, the fragrance is not as good as that of flowers. In fact, standing in a chamomile field with the breeze blowing, the grassy sweetness of chamomile flowers with a bit of fruit aroma is the most beautiful fragrance in nature.
Jiaming’s biggest difficulty in planting German chamomile is that the harvesting is too rigid, because unlike foreign countries where large-scale planting can be harvested mechanically, Jiaming’s whole family mobilizes manual harvesting, which is really time-consuming and labor-intensive. Later he invented the method of using The iron comb is used to harvest chamomile, which speeds up the harvesting efficiency and shortens the time. Only flower picking girls have the opportunity to extract the whole flower of German chamomile! The flower is also the part with the highest essential oil content!
German chamomile has an extremely rare blue essential oil, which mainly comes from the main component of German chamomile essential oil - chamazulene. Chamazulene is not a component contained in the natural plant itself, but chamazulene during the distillation process of chamomile. (Matricin) converted.
Flower Picking Girl’s hydrosol contains full of essential oil energy, let’s enjoy it together!

- German chamomile grown organically from Hualien's Ji'an Township blooms every spring and is harvested one by one manually. The white petals and yellow stamens contain rich energy. The hydrosol completely retains the sweetness of chamomile, which is very gentle and unburdening. The aftertaste is like the breeze on the grassland, with an intriguing licorice aroma.
