Purchasing Notes: 1. Proxy Purchasing Process: This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase. To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns. Return Process 1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted. 2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused. 3.
