Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase. 　・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy."
