**Customized Order Process**
1. Provide the image which you want to make the most for us. Your image can have 1-2 persons. The image should be clear enough for getting the best detail. In order to have a better-finished product, we will contact you to provide other photos if necessary.
2. You could embroider messages behind the artwork for free!! (less than 40 letters)
3. Please contact us to confirm the details that you want: image, the color of fabric, specific detail that you need to focus on, or back messages before you place the order.
4. The production time is about 2-3 weeks and ships within the next 2 business days.
5. Thank you for your patience, we will let you know when the work is finished :)

1. After the order is placed, no modification and return and exchange services are provided. (If you are not sure about any details, please contact us.)
