In order to ensure that every cup of coffee can bloom with the best flavor, JC Coffee uses Germany's century-old PROBAT machine for fresh roasting, and also uses a million-level coffee bean screening machine to strictly remove defective beans. The coffee roaster records each roasting process with a roasting curve and performs cupping quality control as a basis for adjustment and improvement of the next batch. The boss has also obtained the Q Grader coffee quality appraiser qualification to ensure that every cup of coffee meets international coffee quality standards.

In our store, you will feel the wonderful atmosphere of hand-brewed coffee, from the smoke coming out of the hand-brewed pot to the aroma of coffee filling the room, as if it is a sacred ceremony. The inspiration for our logo design comes from a coffee brewing pot, symbolizing that coffee beans from the origin are transformed into coffee liquids of various flavors through a coffee brewing pot, which warms our lives drop by drop.
