Shabibi Sheep Workshop was founded in 2015, an artisanal fair-faced concrete brand in Hong Kong.

Sharon and Vincent, founders of the brand, surrounded by infinite number of skyscrapers: from the buildings established during WW2 to the commercial buildings with 100 floors, highway, bridges and other infrastructures built nowadays. Concrete is a very flexible material but why in Hong Kong, concrete is only being seen in architectures? Is that because its color - grey looks dull? In most of the cases, concrete is covered by other material or with paint on top that makes people totally forget its existence and value.

We would like to close the gap between “useful” and “artistic” so here is it: fair faced concrete which our creations are made of.

Fair faced concrete is a concrete surface that on completion of the forming process, requires no further treatment other than curing. No painting nor patching to cover up any defects.

Our creations show the authentic color and texture of concrete. Let this neglected material be the main material or even the sole material on a creation.

We do not possess any degrees in design but are passionate about it. Through our concrete creations, we would like to inspire the general public on try not to lock the creativity up but to think out of the box!

To many people concrete is a rough, hard, cold, uninteresting material which we usually see them as road surfaces, bridges, buildings...etc.
For us, concrete is smooth, soft, warm and interesting.
